We are looking for an Office Administrator to provide administrative and clerical services.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and will be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Schedule appointments Monitor office supplies Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Order, track, and maintain files and records Submit reports and provide information on status of operations or projects Maintain contact lists Perform other duties as assigned by Manager Skills Proven experience as an Office administrator, Front office assistant or Secretary Knowledge of office best practices standards of administration operations Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Word) Job Type:
