Eighty Four, PA Eighty Four, PA Full-time Full-time $85,000 - $120,000 a year $85,000 - $120,000 a year Assist Services has an opening for a Field Superintendent of our Liner Division to oversee geosynthetic liner projects throughout the United States.
This position will report directly to the Operations Superintendent and support the day-to-day needs of our staff in the field.
The Superintendent will manage overall operations on site and be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Liner Department.
Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
Applicants should expect to be working at locations that are out of town, with an irregular work schedule.

Experience/
Qualifications:
OSHA 10 or PEC Safeland certifications required Confined space and hazwoper training beneficial 2
years experience with equipment operation (skid steer, telehandler, forklift, mini excavator etc.
) 5
years operations supervisory experience Geosynthetics, landfill, oil and gas, mining industries experience preferred Regularly lift 50-75lbs.
and be able to perform work in elevated areas Must be proficient with manual, ai, electric, and hydraulic tools
Responsibilities:
Administrative responsibilities include approving staff time sheets daily, administer disciplinary action when necessary, ensuring job specific information is communicated to the crews before work begins and tracking all job specific inventory, ensuring daily reports and documents are completed by the crews (DVIR, JSA, etc.
) Must have excellent organizational skills, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must have good people and communication skills, along with supporting the goals of the business Overseeing general site cleanup and maintenance Loading and unloading equipment and supplies Laying/removing mats, liner, and containment on multiple surfaces and locations Managing crews of 15
employees Assisting with scheduling of crews and projects Maintain or exceed project deadlines by maximizing efficiency Promoting Assist's safety culture while performing duties Installing environmental controls and assist with remediation efforts onsite Assisting with site prep/setup Work rotating shifts and schedules Organize and manage multiple crews and operations simultaneously
