ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- 2nd SHIFT
A leader in the industrial packaging industry, is accepting resumes for full-time Electrical Maintenance Technician at our Eighty Four, PA facility. We are looking for motivated individuals who can perform a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Specific responsibilities include preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, minimize equipment down time and perform small project activities. The position will require working in a multitasking role with other maintenance mechanics and electricians to complete any given task.
Prior to initiating employment, all candidates considered for employment will be required to pass a skilled trades assessment, participate in a panel interview, background check and physical/drug testing. Hourly rate range is $26.34 to $31.78 per hour plus shift differentials of $0.22 for 2nd shift and overtime opportunities.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Following all safety rules and practices.
o Performing preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.
o Performing emergency / break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.
o Accurately using measurement and test equipment.
o Performing electrical up to 480v, PLC programming/troubleshooting, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed.
o Maintaining clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks.
o Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork.
o Troubleshooting and solving problems.
o Excellent teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.
o Willingness to fully cross train in other technical areas to enhance capabilities.
o Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
o Able to work with computer system for maintenance processes, stores, and work orders.
o Performing other duties as assigned by supervision.

o Mechanical aptitude
o Troubleshooting expertise
o Electrical knowledge
Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to:
A high school degree (preferred), and at least one year of successful mechanical and electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing facility. Highly qualified candidates would possess manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry.
o On-the-job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected.
o Maintenance experience in corrugated a plus. Strong knowledgeable of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, electrical and electronics technologies.
o Excellent teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.
o Willingness to cross train in other technical areas to enhance capabilities.
o Willing and able to work any shift, call-ins, holidays, and overtime as there is a constant demand for overtime in our maintenance department.
o Able to work with computer system for maintenance processes, stores, and work orders.
