Responsibilities:
Research and knowledge of company functions and capabilities Maintaining standard understanding of the basic functions and duties of construction flaggers Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies Managing company and client expectations Executing sales objectives Managing relationships with current and prospective clients using email, phones, as well as arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations.
Finding and following new sales leads Attending networking events and company functions Supporting the needs of crews in the field Perform administrative functions Business Development Manager Requirements and
Qualifications:
Goal-oriented, organized team player Uphold strong company values and ethics towards confidentiality Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email Required:
Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record (NO DUI's or excessive points) All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard drug screen and fit for duty physical At Assist Services, we offer paid time off, paid trainings, as well as full benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Life Insurance).
