Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivablen education and experience - preferred - Prior customer service experience - Excellent customer care skils - Must possess excellent computer skills in using the entire Microsoft Office Suite - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Accuracy and attention to detail - Good organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and as a team - Must be able to handle spikes in job demands to meet deadlines while maintaining company standards - Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:

Responsibilities of a Support Specialist:
- Supporting Sales Director with customer follow-up and administrative duties to ensure a successful transition throughout the sales process - Interact and provide support to customers' needs - Answer phones and address customers' requests regarding information, existing orders, product detail, tracking information, etc.
- Enter and manage customer quotes, orders, returns and credits - Assist with logistics coordination and shipping to ensure orders are processed and received on schedule - Coordinate stock availability - Provide attention to the details to ensure accuracy Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
