Proactively solve problems and resolve delays to ensure schedules are maintained.

Complete and prioritize work assignments by collaborating with various stakeholders.
Adapt to change, address improvement opportunities, and ensure tasks align with business expectations.
Problem Resolution:
Help resolve day-to-day associate challenges by effective communication with the area manager.
Provide subject matter expertise and support to address concerns promptly.
Process Improvement:
Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs.
Collaborate with teams, analyze information, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Compliance and Ethics:
Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Implement action plans and utilize the Open Door Policy to address ethical and compliance issues.
Team Collaboration:
Lead and participate in teams.
Use resources, share information, and provide guidance to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved.

Qualifications:
Leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year's experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR 2 or more years of college in a Business or related field.
