The Warehouse Attendant will be responsible for shipping and receiving, packing, unloading, forklift operation, and using a pallet jack.
Other duties include organizing warehouse inventory and ensuring accuracy of shipment and delivery information.
This position will include delivery responsibilities.
Clean driving record is a requirement.
The Warehouse Attendant will also assist with customer pickups, delivery and warehouse maintenance tasks.
Essential Duties 1.
Performs a variety of duties to support the warehouse as follows:
a.
Pull parts for customers.
b.
Communicate with salesmen on parts deliveries and compose weekly delivery schedule.
c.
Unload shipments and check for damages.
d.
Stock parts in correct location.
e.
Pull parts, box, and ship according to invoice.
f.
Keep warehouse tidy.
Qualifications Experience with shipping and receiving, packing, and unloading Forklift operation and pallet jack experience Organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipment information Customer service skills for assisting with pickups and delivery Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks Prior warehouse or industrial experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects Job Type:
