The incumbent will work closely with the Recruiting Team to develop talent sourcing strategies for existing openings as well as future needs.
Responsibilities:
Utilize research, phone calls, resume databases, pipelines and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and present candidates for open positions.
Build a pipeline of talent for future needs.
Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and determine potential fit for roles within the company
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills Experience using Internet sourcing tools (including Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
) Strong attention to detail Experience with high call volume and supporting high volume recruiting needs Strong work ethic and professionally driven.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
