Level 2 Support Analyst

The L2 Support Analyst will be a member of the 84 Lumber THQ L2 Support Team, providing escalation support to THQ, Store and Plant associates for all 84 Lumber Standard Technologies. As a member of the L2 Support Team, the successful candidate will deliver world class customer service by quickly and effectively resolving more complex technical issues for which there may not be established knowledge assets to reference.???

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
