Social and Digital Media Coordinator

Summary/Objective?
84 Lumber, the nation's leading privately held building materials supplier is seeking a Social and Digital Media Coordinator that will help implement strategies, develop brand awareness and generating inbound traffic to websites. This role is part of the 84 Lumber marketing team and will ensure consistency in voice and cultivates a social media referral network.
The successful candidate will have a passion for corporate brand development and the role digital marketing plays in communicating and amplifying a brand. The candidate will have demonstrated success in the B2B space. The candidate must be creative, proactive, highly organized, deadline-driven and results-oriented. Excellent communication and writing skills and strong analytic skills are a must.

Essential Functions

  • Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities on all channels. Duties include daily postings, monitoring, writing content, sharing promotions, etc.
  • Manages presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, and other similar community sites.
  • Monitors effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Monitors trends in social media tools and applications.
  • Manages paid search and display campaigns for 84 Lumber as well as Tiny Living and Design Studios
  • Builds email databases, develops email editorial calendars, and manages and reports on email campaigns.
  • Sets up goals and tracking links in Google Analytics
  • Regularly updates 84lumber.com, and all 250 + store pages
  • Maintains other company websites such as Tiny Living, Custom Millwork and Design Studios

Additional Competencies
  • Google Analytics expertise
  • Demonstrated experience running paid media campaigns via Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, and more
  • Experience working in a variety of website content management systems
  • Experience developing digital marketing performance reports and deriving actionable insights from reporting
  • Experience working in a variety of email management systems (MailChimp, Constant Contact)
  • Experience with project management and team collaboration tools like Trello
  • Must have a proven interest, passion and excitement in technology, social and online advertising
  • Must have strong communication and writing skills

Work Environment
The incumbent is located in a busy office area and is faced with constant interruptions on a regular basis.
Physical Demands
This position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically this position walks, stands and reaches. Rarely, this position climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouch or crawl.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work depends on store hours of operations, 45+ hours per week.
Travel
Some travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of specific experience related to the essential functions of the job

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
